Our Annual Exhibition 2025:

Will take place on the weekend of 18-19 October

10am - 4pm

at Westbourne Hall, West Kirby.

The exhibition will be open to the public, with many pieces available for sale.

The preview and prize giving (by invitation) will be on Friday 17 October between 7pm - 9pm

Entry criteria *

There have been a few changes to entry criteria for 2025 so please read the following (changes are in italics) and the amended T&C’s .

Exhibitors should live, work or study in Wirral, and be a member of the group. Non members are invited to join the Group in order to exhibit.

Submissions may include

2D works: pictures in any medium, photographs, etchings, engravings, lithographs, woodcuts, linocuts, embroidery and silk screen prints and

3D works: pottery.

The submission cost per piece is £5 for FRAMED 2D works and POTTERY and a new charge of £2 for UNFRAMED.

Up to 4 FRAMED pieces may be submitted and if at least 3 framed pieces are entered, a further 3 unframed pieces may be submitted. Unframed pieces will not be judged. ONLY 1 FRAMED piece can be marked “Not for Sale” and all UNFRAMED pieces must be for sale. A stretched canvas over a wooden frame with well finished edges will be considered FRAMED.

Up to 6 pieces of POTTERY may be submitted with only 1 piece marked “Not for Sale”.

Please note there are now two separate entry forms - one for FRAMED/UNFRAMED and the other for POTTERY.

A selection panel will consider all entries.

Pre-Register to Exhibit:

PLEASE pre-register your interest in the exhibition by completing the form below and clicking the ‘Register Now’ button. This would be extremely helpful.

Then download, print and complete the correct Exhibition Entry Forms for your work - FRAMED/UNFRAMED or POTTERY and these artwork labels.

Bring them, along with your exhibition-ready pieces to our hand in session at:

Westbourne Hall, West Kirby on Saturday 4th October 2025 between 12 - 3pm

You may want to refer to our frame protection guidance in order to prevent damage to your pieces during transport.

If you have any issues accessing the forms or information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Printed forms, labels and T&C’s are also available at the Saturday workshops.
