7.30 pm - Pottery Hand in starts

9.00 pm - Pottery Hand in ends

Please ensure you have downloaded and filled in the correct Entry Forms (there is now one for FRAMED/UNFRAMED and one for POTTERY) plus Back Labels and the 2026 Terms & Conditions. The correct D rings and string and protective corners and back labels must be used on framed pictures. Unframed pictures must have a mount, cellophane protection and Back Labels.

For pottery entries Entry Forms and photocopy of pieces to be handed in - with pottery pieces to follow on ……….. - see below.

Friday 2 October

09.30 am - SET UP continues

10.00 am - Pottery Hand in starts

12 noon - Pottery Hand in ends

7.00 pm - PREVIEW & Drinks

7.45 pm - Prize Giving

9.00 pm - Preview Ends - doors close

Saturday 3 October

10.00 am - Exhibition opens

10.00 am - Tea, coffee and home made cakes - ALL DAY

10.00 am - Urban Sketchers Table - ALL DAY

11.00 am - Demonstration by Nigel Morris

1.00 pm - Demonstration ends

2.30 pm - (Ticketed event for Art Friends of Merseyside - talk by Graham Thew about Urban Sketchers ) - perhaps

5.00 pm - Doors close
