Deeside Art Group - affectionately known as DAG - is an art society based in the Wirral peninsula in north west England. The society holds an annual exhibition of artwork at Westbourne Hall, West Kirby which includes work by our 100-plus members, guest exhibitors and students from local schools. All exhibitors are from, or are currently based in, Wirral.
Over our 60+ years we have established an enviable reputation. Our exhibitions mix high quality artwork by established local artists with work by up-and-coming local artists, whose artistic progression we seek to encourage. More on the history of DAG...
Deeside Art Group (DAG) is a membership by invitation art group. Both members and non-members are invited to submit 3 framed pieces of artwork (sorry, no photography) to our annual exhibition, for a small fee (non-refundable). Around 200 pieces of artwork are selected to hang in the exhibition, at the end of which work by non-members is reviewed. Those non-members whose work is up to the required standard will be invited to become members of Deeside Art Group, for a reasonable membership fee.
